I recently visited this Hotel,and have excellent experiences there. The personal all there was very professional,friendly and kind people. Everything in the Hotel was very good clean and order. The room was very comfortable,nice temperature and bed confortable like home. The pool area excellent.
And the most I like the 21 th floor the Breakfast Romm the food was excellent very tasty and fresh and varied and the personal in that area very friendly special Rigobero and Dagoberto ,the location is very convenient too have a lot nice place around where you can have anything you need without use any transportation . I recommend this hotel highly to my friends and everybody who is looking for a nice place.
The hotel is amazing staff in the service they go way above beyond would always recommend this hotel if you are in Santo Domingo!!! Would recommend upgrading to the club level not just for breakfast but for the teatime in the snacks happy hour in the evenings!!
The room and facilities are awesome. They look after every single detail. The service and staff are pleasant and welcoming.
The roof top pool is fantastic.
We will come back for sure!!!
